Mission Statement
The mission of the ETHICS SIG of the Oncology Nursing Society is to promote excellence in oncology nursing by:
- fostering the professional development of nurses in oncology and in ehtics
- promoting the use of evidence-based practice in biomedical and nursing ethics
- encouraging the study, research and exchange of information and expertise in ethics
- utlizing an organizational structure that is responsive to the changing needs of Oncology Nursing Society members to maintain vitality.
